Shipping policy

At Nod to Nature, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, nature-inspired designs made with organic cotton. Since everything is made on demand, our shipping process works a bit differently. Here’s what you need to know:

Order Processing Times:

  • We aim to ship all orders within six working days of receiving them (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following business day.
  • Because we produce everything on demand, your item is made specifically for you before it’s shipped—quality and sustainability take a little extra time, but we promise it's worth it!

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your item has been shipped, we’ll send you another email containing tracking details so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

  • Standard Shipping: £4.99 for orders under £100. Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £100.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping with rates and estimated delivery times depending on your location:

EU Shipping (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, and 24 more)

  • EU Base Rate: £14.99 for orders under £100.00.
  • EU Big Purchase Rate: £5.99 for orders between £100.00–£1,000.00.
  • Express International: £50.00 for orders above £1,000.00. Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 business days.

Norway & Switzerland

  • Standard International: £15.00. Estimated delivery time: 3 to 17 business days.

Rest of the World (Australia, Canada, United States, and 8 more)

  • ROW Rate: £15.00 for orders under £100.00.
  • ROW Big Purchase Rate: £9.99 for orders between £100.00–£1,000.00.
  • Standard International: £50.00 for orders above £1,000.00. Estimated delivery time: 3 to 17 business days.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations
